We recently added some exceptional people to our management team:
Rodney Surratt, Controller – Rodney joined Vanguard in July, and brought with him a wealth of accounting and team building acumen. Prior to joining Vanguard, he held the CFO post with SSG Software. Rodney holds an MBA in Operational Financial Management and a BA in Business Management Accounting.
Judy Safer, Director of Customer Initiatives – Judy also joined Vanguard in July. She brings an expansive knowledge of customer service management. Prior to joining Vanguard, she held leadership roles in customer service, sales operations and sales functions with Nokia. Judy holds a BS in Business from the University of Alabama.
Dennis Smith, Director of Engineering – Dennis joined Vanguard in August, and brings with him over 20 years experience in product development and manufacturing. Dennis is a degreed Mechanical Engineer with a minor in Electronic Theory.
